5 Jatia House-Kumar Mangalam Birla Chairman of the Aditya Birla Group, an Indianbillionaire and industrialist, Kumar Mangalam Birla bought this property for Rs. 425 croresbid in 2015 from Arun Jatia. The bungalow is over 30,000 sq. feet of luxurywith greenery all around it along with a pond and a central courtyard. It is said to have 20 odd bedrooms as wellas multiple ballrooms. It also consists of spacious corridors wheregardens meet the sea. It is situated in the Malabar Hill area inMumbai. Built-in 1928, the house has a long history. Anil Ambani, the younger sibling of MukeshAmbani, is the chairman of the Reliance Group having his separate ventures in financialservices, defence, infrastructure, and media namely Reliance Capital, Reliance Infrastructure,Reliance Power and Reliance Communications. He lives in one of the most expensive homesin India named Abode. It is spread over 16000 sq. feet and 66 metershigh. It has a valuation of more than Rs.5000 crore. It is situated in Pali Hill in Mumbai. It is a 17 storeyed building with all theamenities one would look for in a home and more.
